Tim Ream

Tim Ream is a veteran American centre-back who spent nine years at Fulham before joining Charlotte FC in 2024. One of the most-capped defenders in United States history, he has captained the national team at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Ream began his professional career in MLS with the New York Red Bulls before moving to England, where he joined Bolton Wanderers in 2012. He signed for Fulham in 2015 and spent nearly a decade there, making over 280 appearances and helping the club win the EFL Championship in 2021–22. He joined Charlotte FC in 2024.

With 82 caps, Ream has been one of the United States' most experienced defenders across several generations. He represented the country at the 2022 FIFA World Cup, the 2024 Copa América, and captained the squad at the 2026 World Cup. He won the CONCACAF Nations League in 2021 and 2024.
